What makes Seven Stars of Arizona unique is the management’s ability to adhere to the wants and needs of the customer first and foremost. We are continually listening and learning on each project that we are awarded. Awareness, adaptability, integrity, quality, and honesty are traits that we repeatedly strive to provide. These traits are magnified in our customer service and quality control programs. Our reputation is of utmost importance, recognizing that our survival is dependant upon referrals and repeat customers. We could not accomplish this with sub-standard or poor workmanship. For this reason, we are very careful with our selection process of the subcontractors we utilize on each project.
Native American owned, 100% woman owned and native Arizona residents, we are experienced with the evolving and unique growth of this community and this state.
About Seven Stars of Arizona
Seven Stars of Arizona is a Native American owned company that specializes in concrete and masonry construction, as well as homebuilding.
Mrs. Angela Willeford is a member of the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community. She is O’odham, Piipaash, Seminole and Creek. She is majority owner of Seven Stars of Arizona and is a preferred contractor for SRPMIC and Navajo Nation. Mrs. Willeford is working on her senior year at Arizona State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor in Communications and Political Science. She has an associate degree from Scottsdale Community College in liberal arts.
A professor once told her, “find a need and meet that need and you shall succeed.” She noticed there were no concrete or masonry companies in Native Communities. As her husband, Miles Willeford, a 3rd generation mason, they decided to venture into concrete and masonry and she partnered up with Craig and Connie Jones.
Connie Jones, minority owner of Seven Stars, is a native of Arizona and has over 20 years of experience as a custom home builder in the valley, as well as 30 plus years of experience in the concrete industry. Her husband Craig Jones, also a native Arizonan, is a 2nd generation concrete contractor. Craig has also been a masonry contractor in Arizona for over 15 years. Craig’s father started a concrete business in 1962, which has evolved into CJS Enterprises, which is still active today. Craig and Connie Jones are the sole owners of CJS Enterprises.
